| Practice Jan 30-Feb3 |

Please remember that all female gymnasts must be in a leotard this week at practice. This is to prepare them for competition on Saturday...please no shorts, no tank tops, no jewelry, no nail polish, sports bras if necessary (to go UNDER their leo), deodorant (because they do indeed need to use it, especially after a long day at school), and hair tightly fixed away from their face.

At our last booster club meeting the club decided to make flip flops for all the competing gymnasts! We are in desperate need of your help to get this done in time for the meet this weekend! FOR PREP OPTIONAL BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD competing gymnasts ONLY. The Sand Dollar Invitational has been cancelled for Prep Op girls ONLY.
In GA we go by Region 8 rules and the State of Florida go by their own set of rules. This was not stated on their entry form, even though they knew what level we were entered as, they did not advise us that they would not be having Prep Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum at their meet. They are giving our families a FULL refund of their entry fee. You may use this money to go towards a future meet.
